Wisdom ( Paulo Coelho's Blog )
Dictionary: Deep Knowledge of Things, Natural or Acquired; Erudition; Rectitude
According to the New Testament: But it was what the world calls foolish that God chose to put the wise to shame with, and it was what the world calls weak that God chose to shame its strength with (Corinthians 1: 25-27).
According to Islam: A wise man became a object of irony for the inhabitants of the city. One day he was walking down the main street with some of his disciples when a group of men and women began to insult him. The wise man went up to them and blessed them.

A rose longed for the company of the bees, but none would come to her.
Even so, the flower was still capable of dreaming. When she felt all alone, she would imagine a garden filled with bees that came to kiss her. And so she managed to resist until the next day, when she opened her petals again.
“Aren’t you tired?” another rose asked her.
“No. I have to go on fighting.”
“Why?”
“Because if I don’t open up, I wither.

Aik meri chahat hai
Hoga tu wohi jo Meri chahat hai

Ishq Hamesha La-Hasil Nhin Hota........
majnoon ne shehar cchorra to sehra bhee cchorr day
nazaray ki hawas ho to layla bhee chorr day
wa'iz kamal-e-tark se yahan milti hai murad
dunya jo cchorr di hai to uqba bhee cchorr day
taqleed ki rawish se to behtar hai khudkushi
rasta bhee dhoond, khizr ka sawda bhee chorr day
manind-e-khama teri zuban par hai harf-e-ghair
begaana shay pay nazish-e-be-jaa bhee chorr day
lutf-e-kalam kia jo na ho dil me dard-e-ishq
bismil nahin hai tu to tarrapna bhee chorr day
shabnam ki tarah phoolon pe ro or chaman se chal
is baagh me qayam ka sawda bhee cchorr day
hai aashiqi me rasam sab se alag baithna
but-khaana bhee, haram bhee, kaleesa bhee chorr day
sodagari nahin yeh ibadat khuda ki hai
ay bekhabar jazaa ki tamana bhee chorr day
accha hai dil ke saath rahay pasbaan aqal
lekin kabhi kabhi isay tanha bhee chorr day
jeena woh kia jo ho nafs-e-ghayr par madaar
shohrat ki zindagi ka bharosa bhee chorr day
shokhi se hai sawal-e-mukarar me ay kaleem!
shart-e-raza yeh hai ke taqaaza bhee chorr day
waiz saboot laye jo may ke jawaz me
iqbal ko ye zid hai ke peena bhee chorr day

Excerpts From 'The Book of Mirdad' By Mikhail Naimy
The Strange Story of a Monastery Which Was Once Called the Ark
"Logic is immaturity weaving its nets of gossamer wherewith it aims to catch the behemoth of knowledge. Logic is a crutch for the cripple, but a burden for the swift of foot and a greater burden still for the wise."
Love is the law of God
MIRDAD
Love is the law of God. You live that you may learn to love. You love that you may learn to live. No other lesson is required of Man. And what os ot to love but for the lover to absorb forever the beloved so that the twain be one? And whom, or what, is one to love? Is one to choose a certain leaf upon the Tree of Life and pour upon it all one`s heart? What of the branch that bears the leaf? What of the stem that holds the branch? What of the bark that shields the stem? What of the roots that feed the bark, the stem, the branches and the leaves? What of the soil embosoming the roots? What of the Sun,and sea, and air that fertilize the soil? If one small leaf upon a tree be worthy of your love how much more so the entire tree in its entirity? The love that singles out a fraction of the whole foredooms itself to grief. You say But there be leaves and leaves upon a single tree. Some are healthy, some are sick; some are beautiful, some, ugly; some are giants , some are dwarfs. How can we help but pick and choose. I say to you,
